At Alacrity Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and to ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee for our courses. Please review the following details of our refund policy:

- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, students must request a cancellation within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to our success team at learn@alacrityacademy.com.
- The refund request must be submitted before the 30-day period expires.
- Refund Amount:
- If less than 25% of the course content has been viewed within 30 days, a full refund will be provided.
- However, if more than 25% of the course content has been viewed, Alacrity Academy reserves the right to withhold a refund under the student enrollment agreement.
- Refund Process:
- Once a refund request is received and approved, Alacrity Academy will refund the original method of payment used during the enrollment process.
- Refunds required under this policy will be paid to the student, or a person who paid the tuition or fees on behalf of the student, within 30 days:
- 1. of the date Alacrity Academy receives a student’s request for a refund,
- 2. of the date Alacrity Academy provides a notice of dismissal to the student
