    1. Eligibility:

       

      • To be eligible for a refund, students must request a cancellation within 30 days from the date of purchase.
      • Cancellation requests must be sent to our success team at learn@alacrityacademy.com.
      • The refund request must be submitted before the 30-day period expires.
    2. Refund Amount:

       

      • If less than 25% of the course content has been viewed within 30 days, a full refund will be provided.
      • However, if more than 25% of the course content has been viewed, Alacrity Academy reserves the right to withhold a refund under the student enrollment agreement.
    3. Refund Process:

       

      • Once a refund request is received and approved, Alacrity Academy will refund the original method of payment used during the enrollment process.
      • Refunds required under this policy will be paid to the student, or a person who paid the tuition or fees on behalf of the student, within 30 days:
      • 1. of the date Alacrity Academy receives a student’s request for a refund,
      • 2. of the date Alacrity Academy provides a notice of dismissal to the student
